My boyfriend has had to go for Manual Handling Training recently as part of his job. His employers have told him that Manual Handling Training is really necessary for everybody who is, like him, involved in lifting loads as part of his daily routine. At first, my husband was very dismissive of the course and said that he did not need Manual Handling Training as he had been lifting loads for a very long time.
